Sole, caldo, afa...stamane un suggerimento per combattere la "calura": i ghiaccioli al Lime fatti in casa con foglioline di menta.
- 5 limoni 3 lime un mazzetto di menta 160 ml di acqua

Ingredients:
160 ml water 135 g sugar 175 ml lime juice (about 10 small limes) 3 small strips of lime peel
Recipe development pole lima:
Put the water, sugar and lime peel strips in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allowed to warm.
Strain the mixture and add freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well.
Divide the mixture between the molds pole, put the stick or the lid and left in the freezer 5 hours minimum. Trick to making pole lima:
If instead you use glasses molds, put the sticks in the freezer when carrying 1.5 or 2 hours and allowed to continue freezing until they have spent at least 5 hours.
